Flatout, this lawsuit will either make HDC world history or break us to the point of bankruptcy. You can bet some will be watching the outcome of this lawsuit.

Now remember HDC has already approached other so what documentation does HDC have on other corporations if we really want to press them. Will others work with us or fall in line "if" HDC should win the suit within every patent and patent infringement claim.

Off hand I recall one of those patents in the complaint reaches it's end next month.

I'm not sure but strongly feel SVM patents are not strongly enforced and this bothers me so now we have SVM-RFE and we are going for broke and I'm glad HDC is trying so no reason in crying about making a final push to see once and for all the strength of our patents and patentability.

So it is simple, Intel decides to pay some type of on going royalty at minimum or the big clash to see just where this shakes out.
