beacon, The biggest mistake I see from investors here on the OTC is that they approach OTC stocks like they do Blue chips. They assume that management knows what they are doing and will probably make the company successful when in reality most OTC companies fail. An investor cannot expect an OTC stock to perform like a Blue chip as an OTC has yet to prove itself, whereas a Blue chip has already proven it is a viable company just by the requirements of making on the higher exchange. As such one must be unafraid to pull the sell trigger in order to preserve capital. How many here in hindsight wish they had had the guts to pull that sell trigger?

In the case of GZFX I see it still in specualtive stage and probably won't be at break even Q4. However, I think the company is very close to achieving that benchmark and probably will do so Q1/Q2 07... when it does then my trading strategy will change radically, as it will then be prefaced on fundamentals and not pure speculation and investor sentiment.

I think at this point GZFX is about 90% assured of being a successful company as JF has set up the cash he needs to make it past the point where business revenue will overtake dilution revenue.

You may criticize my approach, but it has worked very well for me in the past....best of luck to you and all....
