In the last stock alert letter on July 25, we told you about STHC which was going to do a merger soon.

Since then the stock price has risen from .0030 to .0214.

We recently found out that Ameca Mining is the company that will merge with STHC (Sexy Tiger Has Cash).

Ameca Mining has Huge Graphite reserves in Sri Lanka valued at $4.4 Billion.

Graphite is a major ingredient in batteries (Tesla uses a LOT of it).

Ameca Mining also has large Gold and Rare Earth Mineral reserves.

We firmly believe that the stock price will appreciate Significantly from here.

Simple math shows that $4.4 Billion divided by the outstanding shares of 369 Million gives a book value of $11.92/share

The Merger will be inked this coming week.

Prospects like STHC only come along every 5-10 years or so, hence this Diamond Level Alert.
