Another area of importance is what type of encryption did Intel use on their files and don't forget about decrypting. If the files were extremely elite they were secure. I believe I even have version 1 of PGP and the book from the 1990's. That graduated into Windows and onward to stuff that is unreal these days.
So Intel isn't a bit worried but the damn breach itself is alarming and scary and downstream is probably rattled.
I was just thinking I believe some files might not be able to be crunched or even encrypted, hell I'm an old has been.
