$XGEN - AGREED .50 Minimum when SYNERGY Drops the Profitable Company that will be of that VALUATION at a MININUM....They KNOW what they are doing

Transactional proceedings continue for both $XGEN and $STHC. We have documents out on both, but have not closed on either yet. We turned down three deals that would not have been good for either company. Aiming to make the best decision and deal possible for shareholders.
