My NEWLY created Diet: whole new plan for myself started about 6 weeks ago when I was at 254.5 lbs to this morning I hit 229.9 lbs so far....target 215, would be thrilled....once I get there, will decide if I want to get to 205 lbs or not, what I was in 2003.....seems unattainable, but maybe not.....215 lbs would be awesome, after being 294.5 lbs 18 months ago or so.....(6ft 4 1/2in height)

5:30 am I take my Centrum multi vitamin and some other supplements (Zinc, Oregano Oil, Vitamin K, Green Tea capsule and Blueberry capsule and my low dose BP pill/which I should be able to stop all together shortly)

6am: Go to McD and get one breakfast Burrito and a large Diet Coke (nice to get out of the house for a ride to town)

8:30/9:00am: I cook a 12 oz steak OR a big burger/no bread OR 2 hot dogs OR half dozen chicken wings on the grill, any one of those choices as my main meal of the day.....

11am: I have some egg salad most of the time for this meal/no bread, this week I'm eating macaroni salad with tomatoes and green peppers and eggs mixed in, just to incorporate some carbs every 3 or 4 weeks....

Any snacking between any of the 3 meals in the morning I have cherry tomatoes and celery with some lite ranch dressing for a dip.....

NO MORE SOLID FOOD after that for the day until 6am next morning.....

At 5pm I drink a SlimFast shake.....

Liquid related: drinking 25% water and 75% Diet Coke throughout the day sadly, love my Diet Coke, bad habit I know.....

This has been a very easy diet for me to this point and don't feel like I'm starving...plus I have fasting of no solid foods built into my diet, from noon to next morning at 6am.....working superbly so far......very happy with it to this point, works for me and has been easy for me is most impt.....

Have not done any formal exercise, cause spring summer fall I have a large large flower bed and landscaping I take care of, plenty of exercise weekly doing that, winter time is more of an issue for needing exercise.....

My two fav things: Diet Coke and Eggs, lol.....
