The insider trading rules prohibit insiders from trading from the end of a quarter until 48hrs after earnings are reported. In Cure's case, they can't trade until earnings are released around August 15th. Also, they would remain restricted if there is any near term significant potential news that might effect share price. This usually has to be cleared with corporate legal counsel.

I too would love to see insider buying. Perhaps it will happen after 8/15 earnings.
