I am very happy to see this kind of assessment being done. This is evidence that a different kind of trial is being done, where learning and application of new knowledge is developed and applied concurrently. We are at the phase described by Dr. Senge as level 2, we are at the interface of ,"Knowing what we do not know". Once we get through this zone we will understand NEW THINGS/have new knowledge for application to the process. Then, "Science Happens".

This looks and feels like a better trial process than the historical model of putting a note in a bottle and see what(if anything) floats back ashore. The more of this we do the more likely scientific proof will evolve to verify and validate facts and a process for effective treatment of the CNS disease under study.

BTW, at some point sufficient evidence will prove by provision of objective evidence that a process/method for validation CNS cellular Homeostasis thesis has been conclusively demonstrated. Each case will be unique but the concepts will be refined and proven by application of Precision Medicine disciplines which will eventually be recognized as a major breakthrough. These concepts and practices may then be applied across the universal spectrum of CNS disease. The sooner the better.
