Good question, but someone is buying. And someone bought huge numbers before the delist. This is truly the wierdest stock I have ever owned. Incidentally, my second request is going out tomorrow (its been 2 weeks with no response) and no one has offered any input into what requests they wanted to see as shareholders.

How can they take us seriously as shareholders if we dont even have the initiative to ask for our due rights or responsibilities? If we dont provide due diligence as shareholders then we are just as remiss as they are. I am including Igors "....will they accept service for the Principles?"

Please provide input and suggestions for the next requests to the Principles of TMPS.
