Its a serious issue for me when people are wrong about things and don't take responsibility for it or worse, continue to repeat it.

The day I become that guy is the day I stop posting on ihub.

I am constantly amazed by folks that trade in companies that file to the SEC yet they are surprised by the presence of convertible notes, or other material info.

Agreed. while convertible notes are present on most OTC stocks, the terms of the notes can vary significantly from one play to another.
