Legacy travel business is still unproven..correct? Have to demonstrate and execute against their yet to be used software system. Still a total crap-shoot. AND, it is totally unclear how these businesses are truly complementary and not just a collection of different entities with different operational models. There's a reason the shares are selling at close to $2. They have to communicate much better why this all makes sense, other than the funding lifeline that they now have.
