The landing site for the Reg A+ went live again. They added 2 new tabs to download or receive the offering circular and when you select invest it takes you to the main site on Manhattan Street Capital.

Facebook took down the ads for the SEC approved offering claiming it fell under a get rich quick scheme. When pressed they said the offering was not clearly presented in the ad. Now it is.

I would expect advertising for the offering to resume shortly, hopefully, to coincide with the 10Q which will send this north again without a doubt.
