Facts:

On Wed, July 15 this below was sent to the "principals" lawyers per Igor recommendation. On Monday, July 20 a request for extension was issued. Fortuitous coincidence don't you think fellas?


"In this regard I am requesting that you provide the shareholders with all requested information regarding the state of the company, its current and future viability, the registered agent, and the valid address. Also request you meet the requirements to re-register the company appropriately as required by the SEC and all applicable securities regulations."
