--What an idiot. "Q2 2020" only ended 6/30/2020.. two days earlier. It's not even due for 45 days (Aug 15th). Mind you he filed Q1 late (June 9-11 instead of by May 15th) and gave no notice.

So now he's "Chairman & CEO?"

IMO he needs to stop DWD ("disclosing while drunk.")
