This may be one scenario but we seem to forget that a lot of behavior is not always protected under bankruptcy or renaming. I hold a fair number of shares and I intend to fight for every penny if the resolution of this is unsatisfactory. If it is satisfactory everyone is happy, the Johans are heroes and we all go our separate ways.
