Well u know opinions. I think TMPS could have planned the delist. The Govt rules are clear and they would have known that a suspension was due if the did not comply. They would even have had the time frame.

As shareholders we need to be far more active and involved than we have been. This means a plan, electing a shareholder member to the board, and other corporate due diligence. If we lose in this it is largely our fault for being uncommitted to our rights as shareholders.

That is my opinion only.
