Well one of my holdings went BK (FELP) another energy company gone due to green crown demonizing anything fossil fuel...

JC Penneys is going through a real strange C11 financial recapitalization, but we have a Shareholder Equity Committee there and Judge realizes the execs at JCP have lied in SEC filings and to court undervaluing their actual real assets (no need to even have filed C11 as they were NOT insolvent) and thus, Shareholders will be taken care of there..
