Excuse my ignorance, but can someone explain in simple English what the proposed changes will mean/do regarding 10/1 reverse split, if anything, for common stockholders? Should we expect the share price to diminish by a commensurate amount? Any real change, or just accounting gimmicks? Thanks in advance for any info.
