I spoke with management yesterday and the leases are still 100% paid up and in good standing and valid.

Silver Buckle is part of the Magnuson mining empire. Harry's close associates and family are running the day to day operations, charitable trusts, hotels, shopping malls, etc etc.

Harry was a major financial supporter of Gonzaga University, plus he served on their Board of Directors for more than 40 years!
