Biggest mistake by most traders is not waiting long enough to capitalize off of the highs, but instead take small profits on the way up. Traders also don't have the "investment" mentality. Some stocks are meant to be held regardless of the short term ups and downs. Diversification is also a must imo.

Invest in your DD and you can't go wrong.
