... which is totally unexpected, did whomever drove the price down on 6/26 to 2 cents already have those shares from a previous transaction and could never sell them due to non-compliance, I have no idea, but this also means i think that there is still significant overhang remaining on defaulted notes, and when the company becomes current with the next 10-Q it will be very very interesting to see the price action - remember they will possibly have significant penalties (I dont have copies of the notes to say for sure) due to their going into any non-compliance period which they have done and the savvy lenders have written these notes to their own advantage. Be vigilant!
