In exactly 16 minutes an organized group slammed the shares to less than 5$. Because they were organized it was a SEC 1934 violation and they know it.
It was started by a "Research Report" laden with falsehoods that a any school kid could find. Within minutes of that "report" a total of 8,000,000 common shares were sold in what were obviously market orders. Shortly after the seller attacked the fake research report was removed from the net.
Although many captured this report as evidence having no idea the original would disappear. If that doesn't smell , you the reader need to get out of investing. In my 55 years I have never witnessed such behavior.
Without the sellers broker account summaries I can not prove that it was a short but I am 99.9999% sure it was.
Why?
No long would sell any large position in this fashion and destroy the stock prices for the second 1,000,000 sell order and obviously not the final and 8th 1,000,000 sell order.
Therefore I say it was a short.
What does it take to do this legally?
Broker taking the order must mark the order hort. Prior to entering this short order that brokers margin department would need to borrow 8,000,000 shares.
Lastly the selling account would need , in advance with an order of this magnitude, 5$ per share cash in the account for a total of 40,000,000$ cash.
Do I believe this was done. NO.
I believe it was entered as a long sale, making this an illegal short sale. No cash needed in the account, zero.
The broker marked it as Future delivery. This Order was accepted by a complacent broker. A broker, if this is investigated, the firm will be fined by either the NYSE or NASD a huge amount. My guess is a fine in the millions and they know it.
The individual broker will very likely be banned for life. I have seen such actions with sale of a Texas oil company in or around 1979. For those that know me ; this man's name was Joe L.
I am guessing this Broker has accepted numerous Naked Short orders from this group. The broker is either dirt stupid or part of the scam.
What happened is obviously an illegal naked short banned by the 1934 SEC Act.
Now readers know how they did it.
Now the why.
Simply, because they could. And the illegal cabal which includes the firm that published the fake lie filled report that was pulled / removed by it's publisher, the Adam and his short selling illegal group knew that time was running out.
They needed to strike before the FDA HIV and the current FDA Covid-19 Trial results are released by again, the FDA.
Both events prove to any sane person that the "Research Report" was a total crock.
Now consider what you own assuming you are a shareholder or might soon be.

Every other analyst has just touched the futures surface. Read their research with extreme caution. They are way under future value.
My Big Picture based on 100 PE Ratio and not based only on revenues is 500 to 1000$ in ten years.
Trade it? I believe this is as foolish as trading AAPL in the 1980s. They snapped a dollar here and there as the stock value climbed into the billions for the long term holders.
