I came across a cpst chart the other day. I saw the price and thought, oh wow cpst looks like it finally on the move. I had it on watch years ago and it could never get traction above a buck. I pulled up a 5 year chart and I could see they had a massive reverse split. Figures. Well it might have a silver lining. Breaking out of a cup and handle.
