Buffett didn't buy into Dominion. BRK bought some D pipeline and storage assets. One possible takeaway is that D was in trouble and needed cash quickly and quietly... a Buffett specialty. Nobody can act faster than Buffett and provide complete confidence until the deal is done.

BRK's management office in Omaha has just 25 workers. There are no leaks!
