Right. But the fact that they CAN exercise some now is a safety net of sorts for less dilution and cash into the company....if, of course, senior management has the confidence to convert or exercise. It's a money where your mouth is situation. If we dilute more without LP, LG, or MB exercising warrants or options. Hmmmm.
