Every bio board in which the stock hasn’t skyrocketed has people saying this. But this is far from poor management - you’ll have to see bad management to recognize it. They’ve driven sales growth and approval - they hired very highly recognized counsel who failed. Now they hired even better counsel and put together as strong of briefs as possible. That’s all you can ask - no management is perfect but I agree with most if not all of their decisions.
