That's what I think! It's happened to me as well!

1) The CEO + VICE just bought the last few weeks about 27 Millions at 0.0025 PPS and some other officers have bought between 0.005, 0.007, 0.01 and a little over 1 cent.

2) The insider buying means that the management is expecting some big things in the near horizon.

3) They EXPECT MINIMUM 10 TO 20 TIMES INCREASE FROM THE CURRENT SHARE PRICE, for their profits, maybe higher. This puts the share price between 5 CENTS - 15 CENTS, which is great profit. PLEASE REMEBER THIS IS MINIMUM!!!

4) The insiders are here to grow the company revenues/profits, reduce cost/expenses, but also to make HUGE MONEY themselves.

This makes IGEN a real monster imho and the current prices very attractive...
