Despite that I think people are getting ahead of themselves. People are overestimating the urgency in the bureaucracies. The grant awards continue to go out the door to large pharma companies courtesy of the legislators and directors looking for cushy jobs after their civil service is complete. BARDA and the like are kickback slush funds for big pharma. The world population doesn't matter to these people.

All University, BARDA-affiliates, and big pharma companies.

The initial grants will probably be for additional pan-COV in vitro testing along with some in vivo animal/monkey tests.

If we succeed there we will likely apply for a grant for clinical trials. At that point I believe we will need to partner with a large pharma to get that grant award.

I will be shocked if Brilacidin is in human trials before the end of the year.
