There’s probably about 10billion shares of drnk outstanding....at .0001 it would be worth about $1ml in theory ....so....i doubt snnc will pay much more than .0001 per share....by the time they did the closing in the fall....this stock should be trading well north of .50 I would say....so they could prob issue 2 ml shares at that price (.50) to the shareholders to pay for those assets...so one share of SNNc for every 5000 shares of drnk.....I’m not even including the preferred shareholders of drnk....they would get something too....Mersky involved with both companies, so I have a feeling he will wait until snnc is at much higher price...it’ll be interesting to see how it all plays out....
