This (a settlement) is such a no brainer for the generics and it's not even a close call.

Why would H/R want to enter the market now, where the market is tiny and anyone can enter?

Versus...

Amarin building a $5B/yr market and turning it over to H/R in 2028. Not only H/R would ever into a huge market, they would get a head start on the rest for 1 year.
