Been quiet for a while here. There was a lawsuit in 2014 over a Dakota property. NFEI claims they had the upper hand and would win in the end. Not sure how this ended and appears to be stalemated?

Hope Tristan sells the shell, develops the oil, or goes into something other than oil. Being delinquent, its possible a shell peddler like Lazar, Arcaro, etc. could snap this up

Recently learned MJ is booming in CO-----its possible for such an RM
