Oil field finance as you might imagine,especially for tiny companies, was problematic even before the oil price collapse.

As a result Jim needs to find some sort of partnership.

At least that's my opinion.

Nevertheless I still think Jim is a straight shooter, and as he's also not getting younger,will continue to look for a way to monetize his stake in this public,reporting entity.

As a result I've been accumulating shares here as I believe this continues to be a worthwhile speculation.
