HIGHLY unusual trading activity after the close. Almost two minutes after the close at .005, market Maker PAUL LOWERED THE ASK to .0048 and makes an after-hours sale at .0048.

This was NOT a t-trade. This was an after-hours regular trade. I have never seen that happen with this stock.

I have asked Singlepoint via email this afternoon if they are aware of any irregularities with the trading of their stock.

If I dont get a reply (and I wont), I am going to file a formal complaint Friday morning.

Let the CEO explain to the SEC what is going on with his stock.
