It’s interesting. Some brokers, like Fidelity, now allow purchase of hdvy. I think it’s been removed from their restricted list since they caught up on old filings.

On an unrelated note, is it at all possible to get a current count of shareholders or is it kept private? I can’t believe that officers and directors still hold sufficient number of shares to carry the recent proxy votes.
