Are you talking about 11/14/19 when it hit .97 on a day with 11,381 volume? That's the highest print on the 1 year chart.

I wasn't watching this ticker back then, but it looks to me like that was a paint. The trading range immediately before and after that .97 print was in the .25 - .30 ish range, and there was no uptick in volume before, during, or after that print.

So to answer your question, it was not at .97 at one time. It printed .97 one time.
