Thanks Stervc for the great DD post as always and for clarifying the PR and validating the PR information items. I appreciate you reaching out to the DLCR CEO and taking the time to share the information with us.

I like how you have laid out the four revenue streams and their potential magnitude ranging up to $98.6 million for revenue stream 3. I think DLCR is smart to diversify their revenue generation risk but still using lumber as essentially the same product to sell in different ways.

I like the 25% to 40% net profit margin that the CEO provided to you and how you conservatively used 25% in your calculations. These net profit margins are plausible and achievable and I like how the CEO is keeping things realistic.

Taking either revenue streams 1, 3 or 4 or a combination of any of the four revenue streams that you have identified gives us a decent revenue projection. To this end and to simplify, if we only took 20% of the $1.34 per share valuation that you calculated, at $0.27 per share valuation that would give a very good ROI from the Friday's closing price of $.0022.

I think the DLCR share valuation that you calculated is possible with DLCR being/having:

1. Pink Current

2. SEC Reporting

3. An o/s of 443 million

4. Filed 8-Ks for the completed agreements with supporting photos of the signed agreements

Thanks again.
