I emailed yesterday and asked about NEWC. This was what I got back.


You will get an update soon on NCR, fyi, I think we got good news on our permit on 29 May. We had a final site visit in February and from what we understand the final report was favorable. If you look at this link you can see the document filed. My partner Erasmo is over 70 and has restricted mobility during quarantine and the CAR office is closed, so we can't get a copy of document, although we're trying to get digital copy. https://sae.car.gov.co/modulos/saepublico/Expediente.aspx?ID=46825

Just know that VSYM's success is NCR's success, I'm in process of attempting to restructure debt to stop conversions of VSYM, raise capital, and execute plans, which could include NCR. Just because NCR doesn't trade, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

NCR is 100 times better now than when you bot it, I understand you just can't see it and have been hearing the same story for years. The premium coal didn't evaporate, the farms didn't vanished, and Sannabis will be a Monster, IMO.
