*Update*....after talking to PCTL CEO Tuesday afternoon Mr. Grieco said that we can expect to see the 10K next week and the Q1 the week after that.



What should happen if neither the 10K nor 10Q are filed as represented? Should shareholders request yet another timeline again and cross our fingers for the umpteenth time?

Is there no delay thats unacceptable? lol
