TRTC wasn't a scam, it was a discounted equity convertible note financed vehicle. Unfortunately in such a set up shareholders take all the risks and insiders reap the rewards. I specifically highlighted this many times over the years. So anyone who read my post knew too, but bought into the bull crap valueless PR hype anyway.

The TRTC "shell" still survives and will be renamed and given a new ticker symbol. Depending what Matt has up his sleeve, who knows the next round could be better.

Cannabis is here to stay and I am looking forward to the day all things cannabis becomes a standard commodity for food, fuel, fiber and medicine.
