OTC markets should post the updated o/s today by eob. It will be interesting to see how close this month’s dilution got to the a/s.

Another good source for the latest filings by Provision is Nevada’s Silverflume business portal. Primary source for any amendment to increase a/s. I note there is no filing (yet) for their 2020 annual list due in February, though there are COVID-19 filing allowances per the site.
