This is FAR better than the alternative, Thess. If they can keep the gold flowing, it will not be a problem to pay it. To suddenly not having that dilution that would otherwise come is a very good thing.

They should be able to fully concentrate on what they are doing right now. Biggest hurdle now is a Covid comback, imho. But let's not hope for that.
