I know you don't care about Buzzy but it's kind of like biting the hand that feeds you. On the other hand, if I have something meaningful and helpful to share I will: Buzzy held 815,650,000 shares on the date of record 10-31-17, which entitled him to 67,970,833 at 12 for 1. Now, obviously that many shares was a problem for the new owners of Leaf of Faith as it would have put Buzzy in the driver's seat with way more than 10% of the outstanding shares. So, in order to make the deal it appears Buzzy sacrificed his shares so at least his shareholders would receive their spin-off shares. And, if it went down like this, then in my book at least, that's not greedy, that's not selfish, in fact, it's considerate and very generous!

In wrapping this up, there were a total of 1,624,197,000 outstanding shares on the date of record meaning that approximately 135,349,750 shares had to be set aside for the 12 for 1 spinoff. Now, Subtract Buzzy's shares and it leaves our share of the spinoff which is 67,378,917 shares. And, if the deal was done by the end of Q1 then by the end of Q3 the holding period will be done. At that time the preferred shares will convert to common shares and can be issued directly to the VGID shareholders of record sometime after Q3, 2020. Finally, I'm not holding my breath but I am hopeful especially with the press releases this company has put out already, potentially $1 million per month revenues over the next 14 months, woohoo! Go $LOFB...
