Had the stock just been delisted, the shareholders could have owned shares in a private company and very slim chance of selling in the greys.
But veal liquidated all assets to a korean promotional corp and and the shares are deemed worthless.
There is no business called h-j-oe in the states. The korean company is totally unrelated to the defunct veal company.
