This company has not Published recent public financials. Maybe because the company withdrew the registration of its public shares. How is it still trading?

It’s management team of one person is also running other companies such as Punch TV and Punch Flix which despite public statements that the stock was going to be listed, there is no public traded shares of any of the other entities. There is also an SEC investigation ongoing with one of the other entities managed by this company’s CEO.
