CFGN is diluting. End of discussion!!!! The term "dumping" is often used when addition shares are added to the O/S- Dumping on the bid, or Selling "dumping" on the Ask is essentially the same thing. Only Shorting going on is to aid in those shares entering the market and then any large short positions are closed with T-Trades during the day- its been happening in the 2 o'clock hour most days here.


I can speak for myself... not trying to get anyone to sell shares to lower the PPS here- just stating the facts. Its all in the Filings if you care to open and read through!!!!
