Well, I spoke to George Kaufman 10 days ago and he was quite surprised to hear from a US person interested in CNWHF and why it filed 15F-12B (I think its because all the players with restricted paper can deposit with 4(a)(1) now that most have held for two years and the SEC reporting requirements are no longer relevant to resale of restricted shares) and he confirmed that he and Kerry Propper are still directors, the Company and its Chinese mgmt are still in that Jianguomenwai Avenue diplomatic district near the giant Russian high end knockoff mall, but he was otherwise tight lipped.
