Very interesting structure for PCTI President

On closing of the merger, PCTI President Chis will receive:

47,500 shares of Series C Preferred stock
18,667 Shares of Series D Preferred Stock
500 shares of Series E Preferred Stock
$400,000

The $400,000 is nice.
And a total of 47,500 + 18,667 + 500 shares of stock.
When combined, this is less than 100,000 shares of stock.

I currently own 1.6 million shares of this stock, and that's very low compared to Renae's 10 million, lol.
But my 1.6 million looks good compared to the PCTI President.

They obviously think this stock is going to explode, to only give less than 100,000 shares as part of the closing of the merger.
