After looking through Phivida's portfolio of products, it's clear to me why Choom has acquisitioned this little gem of a company.

Phivida is a small, diverse and quality orientated cannabis company.

They have an International OTCQX listing with transparent auditing for share holders, this is very important and can not be understated.

Choom branding and in-house store experience will expand into a cultural phenomenon, like Starbucks (I've mentioned this before), and will incorporate Phivida product line into that experience.

WTG! Choom and Phivida! This is a most excellent merger and I agree with Choom's CEO wholeheartedly on this acquisition.
