i didn't hear anything about merg. IMO I think they are trying to get this process done quickly because the window in which the bankruptcy 'looks' better is right now. In about 3 months time, sales are going to be back up as people have started to head back to shop as they want to get out of their homes. The attorney said that sales were down 39% when compared to yr over yr, but that amount was an improvement when compared to how things were when all stores were closed. He continue by saying that he believes that the trend (of sales getting better) to continue which will help with liquidity. You can hear this from 10:13-11:08
