To DI this is not toxic financing. I accept suggestions for my reply to him.

When you cool off we can talk.
I think you are way off point on toxic
Financing.
If you don’t mind before we have a conversation it would be helpful to know where you see toxic financing
. Maybe you read it somewhere
Let me know when you want to talk.
I would suggest Monday
Best
Dave

I think I got the picture pretty clear. It is what you have always been doing at least since 2016 when I bought my first shares.

You give an estimated timeline of certain milestone. You sell cheap shares to some toxic investors. Price gets manipulated up in expectation of such milestone. Stupid retail shareholders like me, that we believe what you tell us, buy those shares. Toxic investors lock a 50% profit or more. Milestone doesn't happen, or takes place months later (hey, after all it was all forward looking statements, free of blame, uh?). Then share price collapses to the price level you sold. And rinse and repeat.

I think it's disgraceful what you have done to retail shareholders (countless of misleading statements by the company, such as the 2017 PR saying you were moving forward with data lock and all we got was more financing). You don't get yo move goalposts constantly without any consequences.

I truly hope you comply with the timeline you committed to in the ASM, although quite doubtful for then why would you raise money NOW at .20s??
